Nagisa joined GB in 2018 and is responsible for the entire process of sourcing, investment execution, and support for Japanese and overseas startups. She also supports startups and major business companies in fostering collaboration. As ESG Policy Manager, she has introduced the ESG Policy to the investment examination process and strives to foster ESG awareness in the VC industry.

At a major railway company, Nagisa was engaged in a range of management operations including HR, general affairs, and corporate communications. With her experience in serving customers, she enhanced the service and improved operations from the user standpoint. She also contributed to increase the employee satisfaction level. After that, she returned to the corporation that she started when she was a student and ran an association providing a design-thinking innovation method. She also developed the curriculum.

Nagisa loves to watch comedy shows, anime, and overseas TV series. She also enjoys painting animals, plants, and people.
