Lusheng joined GB in 2021, focusing on investing and supporting startups in Japan and China.

Prior joining to GB, Lusheng worked at McKinsey as a consultant, where she supported corporate strategy development, new business launch, new market entry and operation optimization with a focus on pharmaceutical/medical device, consumer and banking industry.

Lusheng enjoys skiing, playing poker and eating spicy foods. Although there is no single finished piece, she writes science-fiction when she is in the mood.
