Keiji is responsible for DeepTech investment, focusing on strategic technology investment and IoT infrastructure. In strategic technology investment, he strategically invests in advanced technologies (quantum computing, quantum sensors, silicon photonics, etc.) for which the market is expected to be established in 5 to 10 years from now. In IoT infrastructure, he invests in edge computing, distributed cloud, beyond 5G, etc.

At Microsoft, Keiji was an engineer for server software products and cloud services. At MIC, Keiji invested in startups in Japan, US, and Israel. At JICT, Keiji invested with Japanese companies in oversea IT projects (including joint venture establishment and M&A).

Keiji strongly hopes to help as many Japanese companies as possible to become globally competitive. He likeloves visiting restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka to discover culinary delights.
