Kazuhiko invests in and assists creator economy startups as well as startups striving to transform industries (such as achieving digital transformation). For many portfolio startups, he provides hands-on support as outside director. He also drives open innovation between startups and corporations through forming and operating CVC funds.

Kazuhiko joined GB after working at NTT, CCC / TSUTAYA online, and Recruit. He is a strategist with experience in corporate planning and new business development, having led and managed various services at Recruit and TSUTAYA Online.
