Isao joined GB in 2000 and was responsible for overall fund management. As the organization grew, he focused on back office operations, took charge of compliance, risk managment, fund auditing, and thorough examination of fund portfolio outputs, etc., and became General Partner.

Isao is an expert in all aspects of the securities industry, having examined over 200 companies for public listing. He was also engaged in operation and development of the capital market system and self-regulatory rules. He is a CMA (Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan).
