Hideyuki worked at Toyota Tsusho Corporation mainly in supply chain management of the automotive-related business, rebuilding business and organization of overseas subsidiaries, strategic planning and investment management.

For a total of six years, he was stationed in South Africa and Malaysia subsidiaries, where he managed multinational teams while fundamentally reforming loss-making businesses and organizations with a hands-on approach. He successfully turned around the business. He was also seconded to Toyota Motor Corporation's logistics division, where he led logistics improvement.

Hideyuki enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new travel locations, meditating, and exercising.
