Began a career in marketing at Unilever Japan before founding a C2C marketplace for lessons, later acquired by Cookpad in 2013. Co-founded Tokyo Founders Fund in 2015 and has since been active as an angel investor, backing startups in both Japan and Silicon Valley. The portfolio includes around 140 companies such as Money Forward, CADDi, Kanmu, NOT A HOTEL, and Reiwa Travel. Graduated from Keio University’s Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC).
