Global Brain and Mitsui Fudosan have invested in ASOVIEW Inc., a company promoting digital transformation in tourism and leisure industry
Global Brain announced the investment in ASOVIEW Inc. (ASOVIEW), a company promoting digital transformation (DX) in tourism and leisure industry, through 31VENTURES – Global Brain – Growth I Project (31VENTURES), the JPY 30 billion venture investment project jointly managed with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Mitsui Fudosan), mainly targeting growth stage startups.
ASOVIEW has been providing a major online booking platform for weekend leisure with its mission “Life with Enjoyment“ since its founding. To meet the recent rising demand of DX from tourism and leisure industry, ASOVIEW also provides and enhances DX support services such as digital ticketing service for leisure, tourist and cultural facilities, with its advanced digital technologies.
Global Brain highly evaluated ASOVIEW’s strong teamwork and high capability of service development which bring continuous growth despite the adverse circumstance caused by the coronavirus crisis. Together with Mitsui Fudosan, Global Brain will support ASOVIEW’s growth by leveraging our network and resource and also seeking potential business alliance with Mitsui Fudosan Group.
