Takashi Nagao

After being admitted in 2010, he joined AZX Law Offices in the same year and became Partner in 2015. In 2018, he founded Pro Commit Partners Law Office and also assumed the position of outside director of Branding Engineer Co., Ltd. in 2018.

He provides overall legal support for startups including checking business models, formulating terms of use, fundraising, issuing stock options, and offering M&A/listing examination support.
